Registration for the 2026 Season 

 

The VSWGA uses the USGA Tournament Management System for event registration.

All players are required to create a profile in this system to play in VSWGA events.

 

1) If you have not created a NEW PROFILE in the new system click on the "Click Here to Register" button below (once you have created a profile, you can log in with your email address and password)

 

2) Players will be required to register with their GHIN number to be eligible for any event. 

GHIN number must be ACTIVE for the current season!

 

 

3) The email you used for your registration will be the main channel for all communications

regarding events you register for.

 

4) If your GHIN # is not active, contact your home course to get it activated for the current season.
