Registration Fee

 

Player Registration Fee:  $495.00 

 

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Two 18-hole tournament rounds with cart and range balls (Friday & Saturday)
  • Discounted greens fees for practice on course

Tournament Format:

  • 36 holes of individual stroke play.
  • Tees will be assigned based on flights. Flights will be determined after the handicap revision date (July 1).
  • Friday Round: 8:00AM Shotgun 
  • Saturday Round: 8:00AM Shotgun

 

Awards:

  • Overall Gross Champion - selected from the Championship Flight
  • Overall Net Champion - selected from the entire field. Overall Net Champion will not be eligible for an additional award within her flight
  • Awards for both Gross and Net scores in each flight.

 


 

Practice Rounds Information

 

A link to register yourself for practice rounds within the LPGA Amateur blocks will be posted here on Wednesday, May 29th at 1PM EDT! LPGA Amateur Rates will be $48.00 and can be paid at the pro shop when checking in for the practice round.

 

Practice round blocks are in 9-min intervals on Wednesday, July 17th and Thursday, July 18th:

  • Wednesday - 9:57AM - 1:51PM
  • Thursday - 8:00AM - 12:57PM

*Practice Round bookings have been submitted to Bethpage - If you did not register within the LPGA Blocks before June 8th, Players will need to book those through Bethpage directly.

 


 

Important Dates

 

Registration Opens: April 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM EDT

 

Registration Deadline: April 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT

 

Lottery Date / Reopen Registration if needed: April 16, 2024

 

Final Registration Deadline: June 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT

 

Handicap Revision Date: July 1, 2024 (Flights will be published after the Handicap Revision Date)

 

Caddie Form Deadline: July 1, 2024

Player's may NOT utilize Bethpage professional caddie services for the Championship Open 

 

*All Caddies must be submitted no later than July 1st by Noon EST

 

Caddie Invoices will be sent to player who have submitted a form for one on Thursday Afternoon!*

 

 


 

Registration Process

 

 

        Exempt players from the 2023 Championship Open will be guaranteed a place in the field if they choose          to register:

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners (Gross and Net) in each flight from the 2023 Championship Open.
  • 2021, 2022 and 2023 Overall Championship winners.

 

1.  Registration will be conducted following this new process.

     a.  Phase 1.  Registration will be open for 5 days.  If an event has more players registered than we can accommodate, we will conduct a lottery to see who gets in.  

     b.  Phase 2.  Registration will re-open for events that are not at full capacity.  This second phase of registration will be First Come-First Serve.  If an event reaches maximum capacity before the registration deadline, registration for that event will be turned off.

 

2.  Individual registration.

     a.  Every player must register themselves.  There will NOT be an opportunity to register other players.

     b.  All players will go into a "Pending Registration" status.  Credit card authorizations will be approved but cards will not be charged until a player goes into the Confirmed Roster.

     

3.  Players moving to the Confirmed Roster.

     a.  Once you are registered, you  will be manually moved to a "Waitlist". 

     b.  After conducting a lottery, if necessary, players will be moved into the Confirmed Roster and credit cards will be charged.

     c.  In Phase 2, when a player registers, it will be on a First Come-First Serve basis until the field is full or the final registration deadline has been reached.

 

 

 


Refund/Cancelation Policy

 

Once you've been charged and moved to the confirmed roster, refunds can be requested for cancelations made prior to the final registration deadline (June 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST). Credit Cards will be charged on April 16. A 4% fee will be retained by the Association to cover credit card processing fees.  Cancelations made after the final registration deadline will not be refunded.
