Can I bring a friend who is thinking of joining the League?

 

The TPGL guest policy is strictly reserved for those members that would like to bring a family member or relative to a given round in celebration of a special day.  Examples include Fathers Day, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc.  The guest policy also affords members the opportunity to bring in a potential new member to experience the TPGL in a trial, golf round environment.  

 

The TPGL guest policy IS NOT to be used by any non-member (including former members) to avoid paying dues and participate in rounds part time or on an occasional basis.  Participation in TPGL rounds played and social events is reserved exclusively for members who pay 100% of their dues and abide by the principles and by-laws of the league.

 

NOTES:

A guest is allowed only two rounds per year and must be the "guest" of a current dues paying member.  A member is only allowed to bring in two guests per year.

 

Guests are not allowed if the member is participating in a MAJOR event or a HEAD to HEAD competition.

 

Be sure to register yourself for the event and let the TPGL Scheduling Director know via email that you would like to bring a guest. We will try to do our best to accomodate.  Most likely, if you play with your guest, your competition scope for the day will be limited to NET AVERAGE only.  The farther ahead of the "Closing" of registration for the event, the better.
