2024 Jernberg Trophy

 

 

Welcome to the 2024 Jernberg Trophy.

We are looking forward to a fantastic mixed team matchplay event that will take place throughout the Summer. 

 

 

Season Long Match Play - June 1st - October 15th

 

Players will make their own tee times and play the competition at any time during any day.

Each round must be completed by the stipulated date.

 

 

FORMAT

 

Men will play from the Blue Tees, Women from the Green tees.

Format is 2 ball, 1 best net, match play.

 

Handicapping for matches will be in accordance with the Golf Canada Handicap Manual:

 

Best ball match play: 90% of full course handicap 

(Strokes will be given off the low handicap of the group)

 

 Handicaps will be taken the day you play your match.

 

If your match goes to extra holes the strokes will be received in the same order as the first 18 holes.

 

 

6.2b A player competing from a set of tees with a higher par must receive additional strokes for the round, equal to the difference of the par of the tees being played.

 

Women will add 2 shots to their 90% handicap allowance.
