Tournament Preview:

Two-man scramble at Miami Valley. Miami Valley is a Donald Ross course in which requires a variation of club choices from the tee to best navigate the vast, strategic landing areas. This should set up for a great 2-man scramble. Pros are welcome and encouraged to participate to showcase the area’s best players. The event will have a gross and net competition, skins, side games, and proximity prizes. Entry fee includes lunch after the round and beer throughout the event. Cost is $250 per team. If you are a member at Miami Valley Golf Club you can receive a discounted rate.

Check in/Registration:

Check in starts at 7:30. This is a shotgun start at 9:00.

Players are expected to check in no later than 8:30 and can locate their cart with their names on it near the putting green. Staff will be available to help answer any questions one hour before play begins.

Tee Boxes:

Senior (60+): ~6200 yards, Super seniors (75+): ~5900 yards, Men ~ 6500 yards, Women: ~5500 yards

Results/ Prize Pool:

Results can be tracked live with the Golf Genius app and all winners will be awarded after the final players have finished play.

All side games, including skins will be paid with Venmo after the round. 

The tournament payout is $2,000 (assumes full field of 50 teams).  

 

Optional Side Games: 

• Skins ($20 per team)
• Par 5 contest: lowest 3-hole total ($10 per team) – Champion 4 charity
• Par 3 contest: lowest 4-hole total ($10 per team) – Champion 4 charity

Charity games payout 80% (20% of the pot is donated to MVGA Youth on Course)
