VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player. There are no late-adds after 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 3. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

Pace of Play

• Player’s starting time and finishing time must be recorded on the completed scorecard:
  • Starting Time:  Time that the first player in the group tees off of 1.
  • Finish Time:  Time when the last player finishes 18.
• USGA Rule 5.6 encourages prompt play and ready golf, even playing out of turn, in a safe and responsible manner to save or make up playing time.

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person. 
• Cart fee is $30 (plus tax) per person.  Cart fee is mandatory, but Walking is permitted. Golfers do NOT need to call the Golf Shop to reserve a cart. Two carts allowed per foursome, please.

• This is a FORWARD TEE EVENT, meaning during registration golfers much choose from:
  • Regular Tees:  Red 4924 yards OR
  • Forward Tees: Forward 4124 yards.
• Pace of Play is 4 hours. 
• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #7 and Hole #15. 
• No skins.
• Water is available every 4th hole, in the shop and on the beverage cart.
