Clinic dates ARE sold separately. Follow registration steps in red below.
$35 per clinic. Pay fee directly to facility upon arrival at clinic.
Registration deadline is Mar 23, 8 p.m.
IMPORTANT: Two Part Registration
Since payment is not required during registration and you may select any or all of the four clinic dates offered, registration is a two-part process.
1. You must first REGISTER to be included on the Clinic Roster. Use the "Register Now" button/bar to begin your registration.
2. Upon submitting your completed registration form you'll advance to a screen like the one shown below. Use the NEXT button to return to the Clinic home page where you must sign up separately for clinic dates. Do NOT close the browser tab before signing up for dates!
