Registration Information

Registration Opens: March 27, 2024 at 9:00am EDT

 

Registration Closes: May 29, 2024 at 5:00pm EDT

 

Field Size: Maximum of 84 players.

 

Entry Fee: $190

 

Handicap Index Limit: 0.4

 

Tournament Information

Format: 18 holes of individual stroke play

 

Tee Times: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00pm from holes #1 and #10

 

Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones using the Golf Genius App. Please CLICK HERE to view the mobile scoring instructions.

 

Walking Only Event: All stages of the United States Amateur Championship are walking only. Caddies are allowed in all stages of qualifying. Players may also use a push/pull cart.

 

Qualifying Positions: 8

 

Alternate Positions: 2

 

Driving Range: The driving range will be available beginning at 8:30 a.m. for all competitors at no additional charge to the player.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds are available by making a tee time with the golf shop. Please call the golf shop to set up a time. (303) 450-7055

 

Player Food: There will be food and beverage available to purchase. Cash, Charge and Credit Card will be accepted. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores to GHIN.

 

 

USGA Policies & Local Rules in Effect

Distance Measuring Devices: Must measure distance only.

 

Green Maps: Please note that any green reading materials must adhere to the 2023 updated standards.

 

Prohibiting Use of Audio and Video Devices: During a round, a player must not listen to or watch content of any nature on a personal audio or video device (G-8).

 

Replacement of Broken or Significantly Damaged Club: Model Local Rule G-9 is in effect. CLICK HERE for a full explanation.

 

Official in Charge: An official in charge cannot set-up a golf course or officiate Rules if that person is also a participant at the qualifying site.

 

Clubs: Grooves - Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-3.

 

Footwear: It is a condition at all qualifying sites unless otherwise indicated by an asterisk on this entry application that shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition, i.e., ceramic, plastic, etc.) or spikes, regardless of design, comprised either entirely or partially of metal (if such metal may come in contact with the course) are prohibited during the stipulated round. Modifications for Players with Disabilities: Players wishing to utilize Rule 25 must provide the USGA Championships Department with the appropriate documentation prior to the entry deadline for the respective championship. To learn more information, click here.
