Welcome to the Benson Two Man Championship

The 31st Jim Benson Two Man Championship will be played at Dalhousie Golf Club on September 10-11.  The Championship was named to honor the long time District Secretary, Jim Benson.  

This two man Championship is different than the season opening Jack Geiss Championship.  This team event is open to any male amateur members in good standing of a member club of the STLDGA.  The team can be comprised of members from two different clubs, as long as they both belong to District Clubs.

The Championship is a two day event.  Day One is a Four Ball Competition, with Day Two being a Foursome Competition.  There will be both Gross and Net contests.

The entry fee of $250/ team includes entry fees including carts, a practice round (cart extra), appetizers following play on Day One, and Merchandise Certificates to the winning teams in each flight.

For teams wishing to play their practice round on Sunday, Sept 9, prior to tournament, there will be some special rates at area hotels for the nights of September 9 and 10.
