VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player. There are no late-adds after 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person. 
• Cart fee is $50 per person (including tax).  Walking is permitted, but cart fee is mandatory. Two carts allowed per foursome, please. Players do not need to call to reserve a cart.

 

Pace of Play

·Player’s starting time and finishing time must be recorded on the completed scorecard:

o   Starting Time:  Time that the first player in the group tees off of 1.

o   Finish Time:  Time when the last player finishes 18.

·USGA Rule 5.6 encourages prompt play and ready golf, even playing out of turn, in a safe and responsible manner to save or make up playing time.

 

Other Info:

• Pace of Play is 4 hours. 
• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #4 and Hole #14. 
• Skins will be available. $10 for Net and Gross, must play both
• Forward tees are offered at this event.  Golfers will play from the Green (Forward)Tees or Red (Regular) tees.
• Water is available on the course.

• Restaurant Information:    Restaurant will be open for lunch at 11:30.
• Local Rules: Drop zones will be to the left of the bridge on hole #7, left of the green on hole #13 and NEW THIS YEAR, a pace of play drop zone will be available left over the bridge on hole #2.
