This is a pending registration for a random lottery selection to determine the players to participate in the Burlington Country Club State Day on April 30. This pending registration will close on April 22. You will be notified of the results of the lottery by April 23 and your credit card will then be charged only if you are selected to play. Registration will open again on 4/23 and then close for good on April 29 at 7am.

 

Players can register as twosomes or singles. Threesomes and foursomes will be unable to register.  When you register, please be sure to indicate your preferred tee time and any additional players you would like to be paired with, although neither preference is guaranteed. Players on the pending registration list in the order assigned by the lottery process will be notified as soon as possible if they are selected to fill an open slot.  Players not selected in the immediate draw will be moved to the waitlist and will be automatically confirmed if a slot becomes available. If you do not wish to be kept on the waitlist, notify vswgaquestions@gmail.com to be removed. 

VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $15/player. There are no late-adds after 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
  • If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
  • Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

Course and Cart Fees:

  • Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
  • Course fee is $25 per person (tax included) for Burlington Country Club.
  • Cart fee is $32.10 per person - (tax included).  Cart Fee is mandatory. Walking is permitted, but all golfers must pay the cart fee. Golfers do NOT need to call the Golf Shop to reserve a cart. Two carts allowed per foursome.

 Other Info:

  • Pace of Play is 4 hours.
  • There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #8 and Hole #14. 
  • Skins will be available ($10 total = $5 gross and $5 net).
  • All golfers will play from the blue tees.
  • Water is available on the course. There are water bottle filling stations at the Clubhouse, at the Golf Shop, and at Mulligans. There will also be complimentary water bottle on Holes 3/12 and 7.
