The Carolinas Women's Mid-Amateur Championship began in 2023. The championship determines the women's mid-amateur champion of the Carolinas. The championship is conducted at 36 holes of stroke play and includes gross scores only. Players are flighted based on 18-hole scores, depending on number of entries. Prizes are given for top finishers in each flight. Entry is open to any female amateur golfer who has reached her 22nd birthday by the tournament start date, is not enrolled as an undergraduate in a college/university, maintains a residence in North Carolina or South Carolina, is a member in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association and has an active USGA Handicap Index®.
