ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to amateur golfers who will have reached their 50th birthday by September 21, 2024 and have an up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 14.4 under the Rules of Handicapping. A current Handicap ID number (GHIN) issued through an authorized golf club is required and must be submitted on the entry form. The USGA accepts an up-to-date Handicap Index issued from authorized national and regional associations around the world, that would be equivalent to a Handicap Index within the prescribed limit for entry into the Championship.

QUALIFIER SPECIFIC INFORMATION

  • Players may ride in golf carts ($20 fee, paid to the pro shop) during a stipulated round. However, the USGA reserves the right to limit or suspend the use of golf carts due to inclement weather or unsafe use of the golf cart.

  • The USGA's "One-Seat" Policy (click here) permits either the player or the player's caddie to ride at any given time, but not at the same time.

  • Players may bring their own caddie - none are available through the host club.
  • Players may carry their own bag.
  • The Memorandum to Players, containing the final information for this qualifier, will be released and sent to players via email immediately following the close of entries for this Championship.

 

LIVE SCORING VIA GOLF GENIUS APP

Live scoring will be utilized via the Golf Genius mobile app - players are instructed to download via their smartphone's app store (search "Golf Genius") in advance of their arrival to their starting hole.
