The Portal is a great tool that allows event participants to access information about their event anytime, anywhere. Say goodbye to back and forth emails and phone tag as everything is now in one convenient location. 

 

To have access to all information, golfers must either be registered for their event on GolfGenius and sign in with a username and password, or sign in with a GolfGeniusID (GGID) provided by the event manager.

The YCAGA is implementing a new registration process for all of its events in 2021.

 

If you plan on competing in any YCAGA events or tournaments , you must first create a Golf Genius account through YCAGA's registration form. An individual’s GHIN number and last name is the information required to get started. Once a Golf Genius account is created, then the online registration process can begin.

 

This new system allows YCAGA members to register for multiple events at once thanks to a cart feature. An individual’s payment information can also be securely saved, thus making the registration more user-friendly. YCAGA is utilizing Stripe, one of the most secure online payment processing firms in the world. Also, through the new system, participants will be issued automatic refunds in accordance with YCAGA policies.

 

This new process is mobile-friendly and makes it easier to register for events on the go.

 

Utilizing USGA Tournament Management Software powered by Golf Genius for event registration allows the YCAGA to provide comprehensive functionality and support for its membership.
