The 5th Annual Swing for the Green Golf Outing
is scheduled for Friday, June 22, 2018
at The Ridge Golf Course in Sioux Center.

Rates:

• Individual: $95

• Foursome: $380

• Family foursome: $320 (2 adults & 2 children under age 18. Children must be immediate family members of one or both adults on the team.)

Please try to register as a foursome. Each Registration includes a cart, box lunch and grilled hamburger dinner afterwards.
