ON-SITE ITINERARY

Monday 25 November: 

-  11am : Arrive at Penina Hotel & Golf Resort and check into rooms.
- 12:30pm : Welcome Lunch Buffet.

- Afternoon : Free leisure time to enjoy the hotel facilities (inc Gym, Tennis, Snooker, Driving Range, and option to play round of golf on the 9 hole Resort course - 1 free round included in your stay). See Additional Golf Intentions link above.

- Evening : Free time to enjoy any of the various on-site dining destinations, at your own expense.

 

Tuesday 26 November: 

- From 7am, buffet breakfast in the Sagres restaurant.

- 10:40am - 11:30am : Start times for Overseas Final Competition on the Championship Course.
- Afternoon : Free leisure time to enjoy the hotel facilities.
- Evening : Free time to enjoy any of the various on-site dining destinations, at your own expense.

 

Wednesday 27 November: 

- From 7am, buffet breakfast in the Sagres restaurant.

- 10:40am - 11:30am : Start times for Overseas Final Competition on the Championship Course.
- Afternoon : Free leisure time to enjoy the hotel facilities. 

- 7pm : Three course dinner, from a set-menu to celebrate your achievements (smart / casual attire).

 

Thursday 28 November: 

- From 7am, buffet breakfast in the Sagres restaurant.

- Morning : Free leisure time to enjoy the hotel facilities, including option to play additional golf, subject to course availability. See Additional Golf Intentions link above.

- Lunch : Enjoy any of the various on-site dining destinations, at your own expense.

- 3:30pm : Check-out of hotel room and meet in the hotel reception for transfer to Faro Airport for return flight to Gatwick.

GOLF COMPETITION INFORMATION
Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November: 

-  Start times : 10:40am - 11:30am 
- Format : Individual 36 hole stableford competition played over 2 days, to find the best of the best from the 2023 & 2024 Golf Week Finalists.

- Groups will be in 3 and 4 balls (subject to final numbers). Re-draw after Round 1.

- Adult competitors will be allocated a golf buggy to share with another adult competitor.

- All Juniors (aged 18 and under) must be accompanied by their parent/ guardian in the golf buggy at all times. The parent/ guardian will be the allocated buggy driver.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Juniors (aged 18 and under) are the responsibility of their parent/ guardian at all times and all stages throughout this overseas final.

-  Photography and videography shall be taking place during the stay in Portugal. By participating in this overseas Final, all travellers (competitors and guests) agree to Photography Consent (Clause 16) within England Golf's General Terms of Competition and Regulations, which can be seen here.
