This is a HIGH VOLUME REGISTRATION EVENT.  If you are unable to access registration while using Safari internet browser, iPhone, or iPad, please follow the instructions found here.

 

We recommend registering via laptop or desktop.  If you are prompted for a GG ID, or CE ID, you are most likely logged into Golf Genius on a different device, or the Pinehurst Member website on a different device.  Clear your cache (browser history) or logout of the app on your phone.  Sometimes players who use the app for mobile scoring entry for various events do not logout.  This may cause issues.

 

 

Who:

  • Open to all Pinehurst Country Club Members (includes everything listed below)
    • Full Golf memberships and above - $100 League Fee
    • Sports & Social membership - $100 League Fee (Every week you play your member account will be charged for a greens fee)

 

What:

  • 10 week long season (must play in 8 out of 10 weeks to qualify for overall prize)
    • Starts December 14th 
    • Ends February 28th 
  • Block of times set aside on select weekdays mostly between 2:30-3:30pm or book your own time
  • Individual stroke play (Stableford points scoring system)
    • 0pts - D. BOGEY+ | 1pt – BOGEY | 2pts – PAR | 3pts – BIRDIE | 5pts - ACE
  • Mixed flights by index as of December 6th, 2024 (ideally 8-10 per flight)
  • Payouts (all payouts will be creditbook)/per flight   
    • The following applies to each flight:
      • Top 3 places payout each week: $15 (1st), $9 (2nd), $6 (3rd)
      • There is NO tie breaking, all ties will be retained and purses will be split, including the bonuses shown below
      • 1st half of season point leader: $50 bonus (total of 4 highest scores of weeks 1-5)
      • 2nd half of season point leader: $50 bonus (total of 4 highest scores of weeks 6-10)
      • Overall point leader: $100 bonus (total of 8 highest scores out of all 10 weeks)
  • Optional Hole-In-One pot w/ rollover ($50 for season charged to member account), you must have opted out prior to the season beginning
  • Two special formats during the season (one in each half of the season (weeks 3 & 8) – Stableford point values doubled during these weeks)
    • These two weeks are the ONLY weeks that can be made up if missed
    • Week 3: You must tee off on each hole with a different club. Once you use that club to tee off, you are no longer permitted to use it on another hole's teeing ground. However, you are able to use this club on other areas of the course. 
    • Week 8: You are only permitted to use one club plus your putter throughout the duration of the round. 

 

When:

  • Can play any day/time of week from Saturday at noon to Friday at 9:00am, NO EXCEPTIONS. Registration link for rounds will be sent with the results email each week.
  • December 14th - February 28th
  • You do not have to play in scheduled block of times, but you do have to play with another league member and have them sign your scorecard.
  • Scorecards must be signed and attested by league members.
  • Players can play with anyone in the league, does not have to be same flight.
