Registration: Apply to Play

 

Format: 18-hole Individual Stroke Play

 

Eligibility: Limited to male golfers with a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 1.4 

 

Field Size: The field is limited to 78 players

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds, for PLAYERS ONLY, have been made available on April 30th between 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Players must register for a practice round tee times using the GAP practice round reservation system. That link will be sent with tee time email. The practice round fee is $50 and cart fee $28. The preferred payment options are cash or credit card. Only 2 carts per group. Caddies need to walk if there 4 players in a group.

 

Starting Times: There will be a morning only wave of play from Nos. 1 and 10 tee.

 

Automotive Transportation: Automotive transportation is NOT permitted in this event. Players and their caddies must walk during the round. The Country Club of York allows the use of push carts.

 

Ties: There will be a playoff at the conclusion of play for ties for the last qualifying positions and alternate positions.

 

USGA Recommended Qualifying Yardage: 7,000 to 7,500 yards
