Welcome to the APGC 2018 Club Championship
The Arrowood Premiere Golf Club 2018 Championship is set for August 11th and 12th, 2018, Arrowood Golf Course 7 AM
The championship is divided into 3 divisions:
- Open Division for any golfer of any age, all Open Division Male Golfers will Play from the Black Tees, Ladies will play from the Red Tees
- Senior Division, 55 years and older, all Senior Division Male Golfers will Play from the Blue Tees, Ladies will play from the Red Tees
- Super Senior Division, 65 years and older, all Super Senior Division Male Golfers will Play from the White Tees, Ladies will play from the Red Tees
There will be Gross and Net Champions for each Division. Players will be using their lowest handicap index from the last 6 months to calculate their course handicap.
First Round begins at 7 AM Saturday, August 11th, tee sheets and pairings will be emailed out on Thursday Evening the 9th of August.
Online Registration closes at 5 pm Thursday, August 9th. Last minute sign-ups and cancelations are allowed, please try to keep these to a minimum as we will be publishing the pairings and printing scorecards ahead of time and will have very limited resources to do so at the course.
Live Scoring will be in use for this event. Each player will be holding the official paper scorecard of a fellow competitor in their group and must record that players score manually on the card. At least one player in each group will be responsible for entering scores into the Tournament Management APP on their mobile device. Each player will be responsible for monitoring his official score both on the paper card and on the APP
The Club Pace of Play Policy will be enforced, the official club pace of play is 4 hours and “ready golf” is acceptable meaning you may play out of turn when it is safe and responsible to do so. We want this be a fun event and it is not fun for the group or groups behind any group that falls more than one hole behind the group in front of them. If you find yourself in a group that is falling behind, it is your responsibility to do your part to get the group back into position. In severe cases, a decision to assess a penalty will be at the sole discretion of the competition committee.

Gross winner of the Open division will be eligible for the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions, Men’s Championship Division at The Oaks Club in Valencia on Nov 26, 2018
Gross winner of the Senior division will be eligible for the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions, Senior Championship Division at Red Hill Country Club in Rancho Cucamonga on Nov 26, 2018
Net winner of both the Open and Senior division will be eligible for the SCGA Tournament of Club Champions, Net Divisions at either Cimarron Golf Resort, Classic Club, or Indian Well Golf Resort in the Palm Springs area on Dec 3, 2018
