USGA Girls' Junior Qualifying

Registration: Apply to Play

 

Format: 18-hole Individual Stroke Play

 

Eligibility: Entries are open to  female amateur golfers who: (1) will not have reached their nineteenth birthday by midnight of July 19, 2025 (F) and (2) have an up-to-date Handicap Index® based on ratings for 4.4 (F) under the Rules of Handicapping.

 

Field Size: The field will be limited be to the first 48 girls who register to play.

 

Practice Rounds: Call the Pro Shop at (717) 263-8296 to book anytime after 6/1. Rates: $60

 

Starting Times: Morning starting off Nos. 1 and 10.

 

Automotive Transportation : Automotive transportation is NOT permitted in this event. Players and their caddies must walk during the round. EXCEPTION: A player must not use a parent, step parent, or guardian as a caddie during Qualifying or the Championship proper. PENALTY: See Model Local Rule H-1.2 in Section 8 of the Official Guide to the Rules of Golf.

 

Ties: There will be a playoff at the conclusion of play for ties for the last qualifying positions and alternate positions.

 

 

USGA Recommended Qualifying Yardage for Girls' Junior: 6,200 to 6,400 yards
