Method of Play
36-Hole, Individual Stroke Play - Ages 13-18 (18-Holes per Day)
Divisions
Field will be divided in the following divisions:
- Boys 15-18
- Boys 13-14
- Girls 15-18
- Girls 13-14
Estimated Qualifying Spots
Boys Ages 15-18: 4 Spots
Girls Ages 15-18: 4 Spots
Boys Ages 13-14: 2 Spots
Girls Ages 13-14: 2 Spots
Entry Fee
$150 - Ages 13-18

Eligibility
Eligibility for this event is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
1. 13-14 Age Divisions - Open to Boys and Girls who are not yet 15 as of July 10, 2025
2. 15-18 Age Divisions - Open to Boys and Girls who are not yet 19 as of July 10, 2025
3. All players must conform to the USGA Rules of Amateur Status.
Note: There is no restrictions on participants with a residence outside of Ohio playing in this qualifier.
Schedule of Events
7:30 AM Tee Times - Woodlands to Lakeside - Boys 15-18
7:00 AM Tee Times - Lakeside to Meadows - Boys 13-14, Girls 15-18, Girls 13-14
Cut Policy
New for 2025 there is no cut associated with this event. All players will play 36 holes.
Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the first place in the Boys 15-18 or Girls 15-18, the last qualifying spot, or 3 alternates positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.
All other ties will be broken using the USGA method of matching cards. (Round #2 Score, then Total Score on Holes #10-#18, #13-#18, #16-#18, 18th Hole of Round #2)

Practice Rounds

Caddies/Pull Carts
Caddies are NOT permitted. Players may use their own push/pull carts.
Spectator Carts
Spectator carts will be permitted at a rental charge. Spectator carts will not be allowed on Holes #3-#6 of Woodlands Nine for safety concerns. They must stay on cart path at all times.
Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 10 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices are permitted during this competition.
Dress Code
No collarless shirts, jeans, or cargo pants/shorts for players or spectators.
