DATES: November 17-18, 2018 (Saturday & Sunday) DEADLINE: November 7, 2018 (Wednesday)
TEAM ENTRY FEE: $350 –Includes cart, green fee, range balls during tournament rounds and prize fund. Practice rounds available at our resident guest rate of $59 based on availability.
SCOV Resident Pass-Holders and Non-Resident Pass-Holders - $150
ELIGIBILITY: Limited field to the first paid 30 two-person teams.
FORMAT: 36-holes of Four-Ball stroke play (One better ball of two players - gross only– no handicaps for championship divisions) USGA rules apply except where local rules prevail.
DIVISIONS: Determined by the tee selection and age.
Championship Blue tee (6,715 yards) Under 50 years of age
Senior Championship Blue/White tee (6444 yards) 50 and older
White/Gold Senior tee (5914 yards) Gross & Net prizes within division 50 years an older
TOURNAMENT TEE TIMES: Starting times will start at 10:00 am off #1 tee both days. In the event of a tie, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately following the conclusion of play to determine the low gross winner of each division.
PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be available by end of the day on Thursday, November 15.
Pairings will be emailed, available on the website and posted in the golf shop.
DRIVING RANGE: Practice balls will be available on the range prior to play on Saturday and Sunday.
PAYOUTS: Breakdown of payouts are based on the number of participants in each division and will be posted prior to final-round scoring.
GOLF CART USE: Participant’s use of golf carts is mandatory during competition and cart rental fee is covered by the tournament entry fee. Maximum of two carts per group will be allowed. In addition, the following policies will be enforced: Spectator carts are not permitted.
> Carts are assigned only to contestants. A caddie may use a cart only if a contestant is not displaced by such use. Two persons per cart only. Stay in the fairway and exit fairway between blue stakes near the green.
> Carts must enter the fairway between the blue stakes near the tee box. Keep carts on paths within 30 yards of greens and on the path around the tees.
> Any non-player riding with a player is considered a caddie and subject to any potential rules violations.
