11:30 a.m.                                          Practice Rounds - #1 and #10

5:00 p.m.                                           Closest to the Hole Challenge and Team Photos

6:30 p.m.                                           Opening Ceremony and Host Family Introduction

*Association Flags Presented during Team Announcements and Raising of Williamson Cup Flag

**USA and Canadian Nat’l Anthems

7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.                         Formal Dinner w/Guest Speaker Frank Coonelly (Main Ballroom)

***Coat and Tie required for Opening Ceremony and Dinner

6:30 a.m.                                           Practice Range Opens (Transportation provided by Host Families to Clubhouse)

6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.                        Continental Breakfast (Clubhouse)

7:30 a.m.                                           Round 1 (morning wave off #1 and #10)

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.                      Lunch – Buffet (Clubhouse)

12:30 p.m.                                         Round 2 (afternoon wave off #1 and #10)

7:00 p.m.                                           Awards Presentation and BBQ (Ballroom Patio)

 

• • Wednesday, August 15

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.                  Players depart from St. Clair CC (Clubhouse) (Transportation provided by Host Families to Clubhouse)

 

Transportation:  This is a walking only event.  Players will be required to walk and carry their own bag during both the practice round and competition stipulated rounds.

 

Cell Phones:  The use of cell phones is limited to the locker room or your vehicle. 

 

Spectators:  Spectators are permitted.  The use of spectator carts is strictly prohibited.  Spectators will not be permitted to dine at the club and should plan accordingly.
