2025 Reflection Bay Amateur Championship

TEE TIMES:  Two waves of tee times: 

  • 1st Wave - 7:00 - 9:00 AM
  • 2nd Wave - 12:00 - 2:00 PM

 

  • NOTE: Each division in the field will tee off in the morning wave on one day and the afternoon wave the other day. This ensures that all players in the tournament end up with one morning tee time and one afternoon tee time.

 

FORMAT: 36-Hole Individual Stroke Play

 

DIVISIONS:

  • Championship - scratch prizes only - 15 years or older by June 28, 2025 - Maximum H.I. of 4.0
  • Net - net prizes only - 15 years or older by June 28, 2025. Must have a valid/active GHIN + an up-to-date scoring record.
  • Senior - scratch and net prizes - must have turned 53 on or before December 31, 2024
  • Silver - scratch and net prizes - must have turned 63 on or before December 31, 2024

 

HANDICAPS: For divisions where Net prizes are awarded, the maximum allowable playing handicap a player can receive is 18. The tournament committee will use each player's 3-month low handicap index when determining playing handicaps.

 

ENTRY FEE: $260 Member Fee.  $300 for Non/Member Late Entry if available. 

Includes green fees, cart, range balls, prize fund, and player travel fund.

 

FIELD SIZE: 140 Players. Once we reach our maximum field size a waiting list will start.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 22, 2025 @ 5:00 PM PST.

 

TEES AND PROJECTED YARDAGES: Please note that all yardages are subject to change based on the discretion of the tournament committee.

  • Championship Division - BLACK Tees - Please note that some black tees on certain holes may be moved on one or both day of the competition to have the golf course play closer to a total of 7,000 yards.
  • Net/Senior Divisions - WHITE Tees
  • Silver Division - SILVER Tees

 

 

CADDIES: Are not permitted in this event.

 

SPECTATORS: Spectators are permitted. Spectators must walk. No exceptions.

 

PRACTICE ROUND INFO: Practice rounds can be booked by contacting the pro shop. Normal local rates apply.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be done online by the player. If a registered player needs to cancel, they will navigate to the registration page of the event they need to cancel from and choose the option to cancel their registration. This is the only way to cancel a registration. An email or voicemail to the SNGA office or staff will NOT constitute a proper cancellation and can affect a player's refund.

  • NOTE: The above policy is for players cancelling prior to the registration deadline. Players cancelling after the registration deadline must still contact the SNGA to do so.

 

REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $15 administrative fee.  If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 72 hours prior to the competition, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.  No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 72 hours prior to the competition.
