(No lunch is available on-site) - 1:00 PM – Shotgun Start

📝 Tee Assignments & Practice Round Notice
As we are hosting the Mid-Amateur & Senior Metropolitan at CCN in early September, many players are using this round as a practice opportunity. To align with the championship setup, we’ve added a third tee and assigned tee markers based on a combination of age and handicap index.
Tee Assignment Guidelines:
- Tee markers have been assigned to best match the format and conditions of the upcoming championship.
- Assignments are based on both age and handicap index to ensure fairness and accurate preparation.
If you would prefer to play a different set of tees than the one currently assigned to you, please let me know as soon as possible. This is important for an accurate handicap assessment going into Monday.

- Blue Tees -- 6527 yards
- White Tees -- 5818 yards
- Green Tees -- 5143 yards
📱 Scoring Information
We encourage the use of electronic scoring via the Golf Genius app. You may also return a printed scorecard if necessary. Scorecards will be accepted for 45 minutes after the first electronic scorecard is submitted per course.
If you haven’t already, please download the Golf Genius app from the Apple Store or Google Play before arriving.
💰 Optional Skins Game
A $20 per player, optional skins game is available at registration:
- Separate divisions for Net and Gross
- Cash only
- Sign up at the registration table before teeing off
🧮 Handicaps
Handicaps for Net scoring will be based on the Friday, August 8th revision. 95% of handicaps will be used.
📘 Local Rule In Effect: Stroke & Distance – E-5
This event will use Local Rule E-5 – an alternative to stroke and distance for a ball that is lost or out of bounds.
🔹 You may still play a provisional ball.
🔹 This rule cannot be used if a provisional ball has already been put into play.

🌱 Preferred Lies
Preferred lies will be in effect for this event:
A ball lying on a closely mown area in the general area may be lifted without penalty and cleaned.
- The ball must be marked before lifting.
- It may be placed within one club length, no closer to the hole.
- This rule does not apply in penalty areas, bunkers, or putting greens.
