With 88 teams signed up, we’re gearing up for the biggest and best River Pig Invitational yet! Please take a moment to review a few important details and action items:
  • Pairings Requests: submit by May 18, 2025.
  • Wednesday Practice Rounds: Tee times will open one week prior—make sure to reserve early.
  • Wednesday Night River Party + Horserace: Join us for a kickoff party by the river before heading to your assigned holes. Spouses are encouraged to attend—we’re expecting a beautiful setting to launch the weekend.
  • Tee Prizes: Wednesday pick up, with the remainder distributed Thursday.

  • Friday Night: No formal events scheduled. Enjoy the evening at your leisure.
  • Saturday Night Dinner & Dance: We’re back in the ballroom with a plated dinner, hosted drinks and specialty cocktails, and passed appetizers on arrival. Menu includes:
    • Prime Filet Mignon
    • Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus
    • Tequila Lime Prawns
    • Family-style Salads & Bread
    • Table Wine-- Illahe Vineyards Pinot Noir (2 bottles)
To help us plan, members please email me by June 1 with the number of people from your group attending and who you'd like to sit with (Tables of 8--please confirm with group to avoid differing requests) for Saturday’s dinner and any dietary restrictions.
