**GAP Entry Policies**

 

Registration Opens: May 14 at 9 a.m.

Registration Closes: June 11 at 11:59 p.m.

 

Registration Fee: $125 (Amateur) and $150 (Professional) qualifying fee per player; players who successfully qualify will be required to remit an additional $110 championship fee. The fee for exempt players is $200 (Amateur) and $225 (Professional).

 

Format: 18-hole individual stroke play qualifying. 

 

Eligibility: The field will consist of professionals who are active members of the Philadelphia Section PGA in good standing (the A-4 classification is not eligible), head professionals of GAP Member Clubs, assistant professionals of GAP Member Clubs who are active members of the New Jersey Section PGA and male amateurs who are members of GAP Member Clubs and have a Handicap Index of 5.0 or less.

 

Field Size: The field is limited to the first 78 players entered. 

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds can be made by calling the pro shop at 570-836-5108 ext. 2.

 

Starting Times: 8:30a.m.-10:00a.m. off #1 tee.

 

Automotive Transportation: Carts are required.

 

Qualifying Positions: The number of qualifying positions available is based on the number of exempt entries and the number of entries at the qualifying sites. This information will be available in the Players Information after the entry close. 

 

Qualifying Site Waitlists: Once registration closes and the number of qualifying positions available at each site has been finalized, we will not make changes to the field or accept any new entries regardless of circumstance.

 

Ties: The qualifying number and ties will gain entrance into the Championship. There will be no playoff for qualifying positions or alternates.
