Registration Opens: May 14 at 9 a.m.
Registration Closes: June 11 at 11:59 p.m.
Registration Fee: $125 (Am) and $150 (Pro) qualifying fee per player; players who successfully qualify will be required to remit an additional $110 championship fee. The fee for exempt players is $200 (Am) and $225 (Pro).
Format: 36-hole individual stroke play, two-day event. The low 60 scores and ties will advance to Day Two.
Eligibility: The field will consist of professionals who are active members of the Philadelphia Section PGA in good standing (the A-3 classification is not eligible), head professionals of GAP Member Clubs, assistant professionals of Member Clubs who are active members of the New Jersey Section PGA and male amateurs who are members of GAP Member Clubs and have a Handicap Index of 5.0 or less.
Field Size: The field of approximately 144 players will consist of exempt players entered and those who have earned a qualifying position at one of the three qualifiers.

Tee Times
Off hole #1 – 2:30 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. (10-minute intervals)
Tee times are required and must be made through GAP. Tee times cannot be made by contacting the Golf Shop at Bidermann G.C.
Practice rounds are limited to one per tournament participants. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
Fee
$115 (includes course guide) – payable by credit card only in the Golf Shop prior to play.
Transportation
Walking only. Players may bring their own caddie.
Guests
Not permitted – practice rounds are being offered to tournament participants only.
Practice Facilities
Practice range and chipping greens are closed. Putting green is available to players 15 minutes prior to their tee time.
Facilities
Golf Shop: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Please call for same day cancellation.)
Locker Room: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Open for shoe and attire changing prior to the round. Please refrain from changing shoes in the parking lot.)
Food and Beverage Operation: Closed
Starting Times: Begins at 7:30 a.m. with 10-minute intervals starting on Nos. 1 and 10 tee.
Automotive Transportation: Not permitted.
Prizes: Prizes will be determined based on field size.
Ties: Four-hole aggregate playoff for Championship. Duplicate prizes for ties for first low amateur or second low amateur, prize money to be broken by using the USGA recommended scorecard tiebreaking method. Professional money prizes to be split.
