UPON ARRIVAL
- Check in with SCGA staff at the registration table beginning at 7 a.m.
- Check out the golf shop beginning at 7 a.m.
- Warm up! The driving range will be available by 7:30 a.m.
STARTING TIMES & PAIRINGS
- Pairings will be posted on the event portal and emailed to all participants a week prior to the outing.
- Tee times start at 8 a.m.
- Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your starting time.
FOOD SERVICE
- Snack bar will be available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Major credit cards will be accepted for all purchases.
PACE OF PLAY
Keep rounds to 4 hours and 15 minutes or less.
DRESS CODE
Appropriate golf attire. Please adhere to any club-specific policies.
CANCELLATIONS
To withdraw for any reason prior to the start of an SCGA Member Outing, participants must notify the SCGA at champs@scga.org or by calling (818) 980-3630.
REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds before the entry closing date will be honored less a $20 administrative fee. Requests received after the entry closing date and 48 hours before the event will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours of the event.
