VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $15/player before Monday, 5/5 at 7:00 a.m.  After you register, be sure to select your tee time if that option is available.  Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

 

Guest Registration: Will be decided after the 1st week of Registration.  Members receive preference for registration. Email vswgaquestions@gmail.com for information and also read your handbook regarding guest eligibility.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
  • If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
  • Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.

 

Course and Cart Fees:

  • Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
  • Course fee is $25 per person (tax included)
  • Cart fee is $26.75 per person - (tax included).  Walking is permitted without payment of cart fee.
  • Williston has 52 carts; players do NOT need to call the Pro Shop to reserve a cart.
