4th BMW GAP Women's Championship
Wilmington Country Club, Wilmington, Del
Tuesday-Wednesday, July 29-30, 2025
Registration Fee: $200 per player.
Registration Opens: June 17 at 9 a.m.
Registration Closes: July 15 at 11:59 p.m.
Format: 54-hole individual stroke play. All players will play 36-holes on the first day (North & South Courses) with the field being cut to the low 20 scores and ties for the second day (South Course).
Eligibility: Open to female golfers with a GAP/USGA Handicap Index of 18.0 or less. Must have a GAP/USGA Handicap Index.
Field Size: Limited to 48 players. If oversubscribed, the lowest handicap indexes entered will fill the field. Handicap indexes will be pulled on the entry close date.
Practice Rounds: Not available.
Pairings: Threesomes.
Starting Times Day 1: Rd 1 - North: 8:00 a.m. start off the 1st tee (lunch provided for players) Rd 2 - South: 1:00 p.m start off the 1st tee.
Automotive Transportation: Required in all rounds, the $35 cart fee is included in your entry fee.
Caddies: Players are expected to follow the cart rules above, but can bring their own caddie. Wilmington CC caddies are available if reserved in advance. Please send inquiries to Mike Revak via email: mrevak@wilmingtoncc.com. Rate is $120 per bag, plus gratuity.
Prizes: The top 8 will receive golf shop credit to be redeemed at Wilmington Country Club.
Food & Beverage: Lunch will be available to players both days of the Championship. The cost for lunch is included in the entry fee.
Playoff/Ties: Sudden-death playoff for the overall champion. All other ties to be broken by using the USGA-recommended scorecard tiebreaking method.
