Registration Information
Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members age 55 and older on or before September 8, 2025. Registration Opens: Exempt players may register for the championship on March 14, 2024 at 08:00am Registration Deadline: Monday, July 07, 2025 at 05:00 PM Entry Fee: $300.00 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $100.00 per player with an additional $200.00 for successful qualifiers. Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers. Exempt Players: Players who are exempt from qualifying are listed on the exemption list under the "Tournament Information" tab. Qualifying: Players that are not exempt into the championship must qualify at 1 of 5 qualifiers. Players are permitted only one qualifying attempt per championship.

Tournament Information
Format: 54 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties. Tee Times: Monday (9/8): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off holes #1 and #10. Tuesday (9/9): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off holes #1 and #10. Wednesday (9/10): 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. off hole #1 Carts: Players may use a golf cart, carry their bag, use a pull cart, or use a caddie. Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at 7:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player. Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie. Spectators are also allowed provided they stay on the cart paths. Strackaline Books: All championship players will be provided with a yardage book from Strackaline. Practice Round Information: Practice rounds are available at a rate of $TBD (+$TBD for cart). Players can make a tee time up to TBD before the championship. Golf Shop: (970) 963-3625 Special Hotel Rate: The Days Inn Carbondale is offering a special rate for players in the championship. Players may book for a preferred rate of $175 by clicking HERE. The last day to reserve a room at the preferred rate of $175 is August 17^th. After this date, rooms can be booked at the published rate. Player Food: All food during the tournament will be the responsibility of the player. Credit Card preferred. Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores to GHIN as tournament scores at the conclusion of each round.
