Registration Information
Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members, age 25 and older on or before October 17, 2025. Registration Opens: Exempt players may register for the championship on March 14, 2025 at 08:00am Registration Deadline: Monday, July 28, 2025 at 05:00 PM Entry Fee: $300.00 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $100.00 per player with an additional $200.00 for successful qualifiers. Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers. Exempt Players: Players who are exempt from qualifying are listed on the exemptions list under the "Tournament Information" tab. Qualifying: Players that are not exempt into the championship must qualify at 1 of 6 qualifiers. Players are permitted only one qualifying attempt per championship.

Tournament Information
Format: 54 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties. Tee Times: Friday (10/17): 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. off hole #1 & 10 Saturday (10/18): 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. off hole #1 & 10 Sunday (10/19): 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. off hole #1 Carts: Players may use a golf cart, carry their bag, or use a caddie. Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group. Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at each morning at 8:30am at no additional charge to the player. Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie. Spectators are also allowed. Strackaline Books: All championship players will be provided with a yardage book from Strackaline. Practice Round Information: Practice rounds are available at a rate of $60 (+$20 cart). Times may be made anytime Tuesday - Friday(depending on course availability) and Saturday/Sunday after 12:00pm. Golf shop: (719) 543-4844. Practice rounds may be booked 7 days in advance. Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day inside the restaurant at the player's expense. Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores as tournament scores to GHIN.
