2025 Women's Spring Scramble
Saturday, May 10, 2025
14425 Goodwin Avenue
Hastings, Minn., 55033
(651) 480-8558
FORMAT
- 18-hole, two-person team scramble. (Scramble format means each player will play from the teeing area. The team then selects which ball it wishes to play. Both players play from that new spot, with the team again selecting which of the two balls they wish to play. This format continues until the ball is holed and repeated on each hole. NOTE: The first player should NOT tap in a putt if their partner has a putt remaining for a lower score.)
- The Champion will be the team with the lowest gross score, for each flight.
- There is also an OVERALL NET competition across the entire flight. As prescribed by the World Handicap System, 35% of the lower course handicap and 15% of the higher course handicap will be used to calculate the Team Course Handicap.
- In the event of a tie for first in any flight, or for the OVERALL NET champion, the tie will be broken by using a scorecard playoff, following the recommended USGA procedure.
- Flights will be determined after registration has closed. A team will be assigned to a flight based on the lower Handicap Index® of the two team members at the deadline. A Flight Report will be published after flights have been established.
