Burns Park Qualifiers: Registration deadline is Monday, June 9th at 11:59P.M. for those who qualified out of Burns Park G.C. on Monday, June 9th.
Men's Eligibility

Open to male and female amateur golfers who are individual members of the Arkansas State Golf Association (ASGA).
-
Non-residents are not eligible, except individuals residing in Texarkana, Texas, who must be a member of Texarkana C.C. and an individual ASGA member.

Men's & Women's Championships will be conducted simultaneously.
Women’s Eligibility Requirements
The Arkansas Women’s State Amateur Championship is open to all female golfers who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Field is limited 30 participants

Must be a resident of the state of Arkansas and have an active GHIN Handicap through an ASGA Member or E-Club.

Student-athletes who are currently enrolled at an in-state university are also eligible to compete, regardless of permanent residency.

Championship Format & Course Setup

Round Schedule:

Thursday, June 12 – Round 1

Friday, June 13 – Round 2

Saturday, June 14 – Final round

There will be a cut after the completion of round 2. The field will be cut to 50%.

In the event of inclement weather, the ASGA reserves the right to reduce the championship to 36 holes.

Tee Markers:

Men: ~6,780 yards
-
Women: ~6,000 - 6300 yards

One division per gender (no flights).

Practice Round
-
Each contestant is limited to one practice round prior to play for a cart fee. If a player resides close to central Arkansas the club kindly asks that you play your practice round in advance.

The course will be closed Wednesday June 11th for the ASGA AM-AM event until 2pm. No practice rounds will be available during this time.

Caddies & Spectators

The One Seat rule will be in effect for this tournament. Either the player or their caddie can ride in a golf cart, but not both at the same time.

Cart accommodation requests will not be permitted.

There will be no spectator carts available for rent.
Trophies & Awards
-
Champions & runners-up (Men’s & Women’s Divisions) will receive individual trophies.

Pro Shop Gift Certificates will be awarded to low finishers in each division.
-
Tiebreaker: 1st place ties will be decided by a playoff; all other ties will be split.

Players meeting the following criteria are exempt from qualifying:

Past Amateur Champions under the age of 60

Top 10 in the Simmons Bank Player of the Year points list through the HSCC Classic

Top 2 in the Simmons Bank Mid-Amateur Player of the Year points list through the HSCC Classic

Top 2 in the Simmons Bank Senior Player of the Year points list through the HSCC Classic
-
Top 35 finishers from the 2024 State Amateur

Top 2 from the 2024 Divisional Championship Mid-Am Division

Top 5 from the 2024 Divisional Championship Senior Division

Top 3 from the 2024 Junior Amateur
-
Low Arkansan in the 2024 Maumelle Classic
