READY TO PLAY?

Golf Genius Tee Time Sign Up:  Opens Fridays 7am (10 days prior to play date). 
Closes:  Fridays 12pm (3 days prior to play date)
No tee sheet changes permitted after GG closes on Fridays.
Changes made by Pro Shop on Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

 

9-Hole Cost:  $29pp ($25 for Seniors 65+ years). Cart fee $12pp. Payment must be made in Pro Shop before play.

 

Cancellations / No-Shows:

  • A Cancellation fine of $10 is imposed each time you call the Pro Shop on Monday, day of play, to cancel your tee time. The Treasurer will contact you when you have a $0 deposit.

  • A No-Show fine of $20 is imposed each time you do not show for your tee time.  If you use the initial No-Show deposit, you will not receive a refund at year end. 

    • For each subsequent No-Show, you will owe the Treasurer $20.00 BEFORE the next date of play and it will not be refunded at year end.

PLAY INFORMATION:

Golf Genius (GG) App:  Enter weekly scores; Track the Leaderboard to see who placed in the game for each flight; View the Tee Sheets; and Access the Member Portal (MP). The MP has a lot of info:  Home Page, Informational Booklet with League Rules, Members, Calendar, Open Tee Times, Tee Sheets, and Results!  

Scorecard Requirements:  One (1) per foursome; date; first and last name in order of GG name order; individual hole score; total score; 4 signatures; identify chip-ins. Ensure GG entries and paper scorecard match, give the scorecard to Kari Hall and if she's gone, take a pic and text it to her at 303-638-5470 and include the last name of the 1st person in the foursome, and place in middle drawer of locker room credenza.

     PLEASE DO NOT Identify:  pars, birdies, eagles or putts

     PLEASE DO NOT Enter:  an "X" in GG under a no-show player (leave blank)

Maximum Strokes:  10; pickup, enter an 'X' in GG, and record 10X on scorecard (excludes Club Championship (CC))

Games of Day (GoD):  20 Payouts; ties broken using the hardest holes

Minimum Play Times Required for 2026 Priority Membership:  Eight (8)

Special Events:  Scrambles, BBQ, Member-Member/Guest Tournament, 2-Day CC, Awards Banquet and Holiday Party!

'SUMMERTIME FUN' ON 6/9 was a great evening! $390 raised with numerous outdoor toys and games donated!

 

'CHRISTMAS IN JULY' ON 7/28 was a huge success!  $784 raised with numerous clothes, toys and gifts donated!  

 

'MOVE IN MEMORIES' ON 9/22 was dedicated to the young adults in Advocate for Children’s Foundations Program as they turn 18 and age out of the program, moving into independent housing for the 1st time. $440 raised with numerous household essentials donated!

NEW GUIDANCE & REMINDERS:

 

*Update to Procedures for Tee Time Sign-Ups

  when calling the Pro Shop:  Members will now be eligible for GoD winnings and Season-Long Tournament points.

*Update to Scorecards:

- Max strokes are 10; players must pick up, record a 10X on the scorecard, enter an 'X' in GG, and will be ineligible for GoD winnings if that hole was included.

- If you are unable to finish the round, enter an X on the scorecard and in GG for the holes not completed.

*Update to Scorecard Submission:  Give your scorecard to Kari Hall after the game. If she is gone, text a picture of the scorecard to her at 303-638-5470, include the last name of the 1st person in the foursome, and then place the scorecard in the middle drawer of the locker room credenza.

*New Injured Reserve Policy:  see the new policy in the Informational Booklet if you need to be added to the injured reserve list.
