(Updated June 17, 2025)

Signing Up To Play

Tee Times open on Friday at 7:00 AM. An invitation will be emailed directly to you to sign up. You can wait for the Golf Genius (GG)-generated email or you may proceed directly to the league Member Portal at 7:00 AM on Friday to sign up.

  • Open Tee Time Rounds:

    • On your computer at www.golfgenius.com, navigate to the Member Portal in the "Open Tee Times" section in the blue menu bar. Choose your tee time then select 'Next' to the time you have chosen and your name will be added to that foursome. You will have fifteen minutes to finalize your choice and can sign up one (1) other member. Hit "Done" to save your sign up.

    • On your phone, sign in to the GG app, go to the Member Portal, select "O" Open Tee Times and follow the prompts to select and save your sign up time. You may return to the Member Portal until the open tee times close at 12:00 PM on Friday to make any edits. Your friend may also edit her tee time.

      • If you sign up one (1) other member, be certain to communicate that date and time to your friend. Fines will stand for her in the event of a no-show/late cancellation.

  • Shotgun Team Event Rounds:  Go to the Member Portal, choose 'Playing' or 'Not Playing'. You may return to the portal up until it closes at 12:00 PM on Friday to make any edits. As these events are flighted, you may not sign up a friend nor choose your own tee time.

  • When Tee Times are Closed:  Pairings will consolidate the tee sheet. Pairings will do their best to keep players together that signed up.  However, they also have the ability to move players 1 tee time earlier (or 10 minutes) to fill in gaps when necessary, and any number of tee times later.

Tee times are finalized and emailed to the Pro Shop after sign up closes. It is the responsibility of each player to check their email or the Member Portal Tee Sheets section to be aware of their tee time.
