Lone Tree Ladies Twilight (LTLT) 9-Hole Golf Association
Code of Conduct

Members will maintain an attitude of compassion, kindness, respect, honesty, and consideration of others toward all league members and golf course staff while participating in league play and league events. Individuals are expected to act in a way that will not physically, mentally, or emotionally hurt another person.
Additionally, the LTLT 9-Hole Golf Association members must comply with the South Suburban Parks and Recreation Department Code of Conduct. The Code can be found here: https://www.ssprd.org/Code-of-Conduct. ****Any South Suburban staff member shall have the authority to administer immediate disciplinary action to individual members.
A LTLT member may be asked to leave the league and/or facility if behavior does not comply with the LTLT and South Suburban Codes of Conduct.
Standards of Behavior
As a LTLT member, the following actions are to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect and integrity:

Treat LTLT members and LT golf and restaurant staff with respect and courtesy.

Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and good sportsmanship.

Follow all league, course, and USGA rules and guidelines.

Inform a Board Member for the safety and respect of myself and others if I am aware of any member violating the league or South Suburban code of conduct, guidelines or rules.

Attend weekly tournaments and league events on time.

Give my best effort and focus on improving my skills and knowledge of the game.

Support league members with positive encouragement.

Accept ‘rules’ decisions with sportsmanlike behavior.
Prohibited Conduct
The following outlines unacceptable actions while playing in the LTLT 9-Hole Golf Association league and may result in disciplinary action.

Using abusive, profane, or inappropriate language at any event, including weekly tournaments and league functions.

Engaging in taunting, intimidation, bullying, hazing or harassment of other league members.

Cheating or engaging in dangerous play.

Engaging in fights, arguments, or disrespectful behavior toward any member.
Violation Consequences
Code of Conduct offenses will be addressed as follows:
- 1st Offense – discussion of violation, including consequence of 2nd offense, and documented conversation by the President and one additional Board Member.
- 2nd Offense – discussion of violation, removal from league, and documented conversation by the President and one additional Board Member.
Appeal Process
Any member that is asked to leave the LTLT 9-Hole Golf Association has the right to appeal by requesting an agenda item topic at the next monthly Board meeting. The Board will make its final decision the evening of the Board meeting when the member has stated their appeal reasoning, and notify the member within 24 hours of the decision.
