VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $15/player. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below. 

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

 

Pace of Play

• Pace of Play is 4 hours. 
• Player’s starting time and finishing time must be recorded on the completed scorecard:
  • Starting Time:  Time that the first player in the group tees off of 1.
  • Finish Time:  Time when the last player finishes 18.
• USGA Rule 5.6 encourages prompt play and ready golf, even playing out of turn, in a safe and responsible manner to save or make up playing time.

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person. 
• Cart fee is $32 per person.  
• Walking is permitted, no fee. Golfers do NOT need to call the Golf Shop to reserve a cart. Two carts allowed per foursome, please.

 

 Other Info:

• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #3 and Hole #15. 
• $10 skins. $5 gross and $5 net.
• This is also a forward tee available event.  Players will decide whether they want to golf from:
  • Red Tees (Forward tees) - 4579 yards
  • Purple Tees (Regular tees) - 5063 yards
• Water is available from a fill station at the pro shop.  $1 bottles between Holes 4/5 and Hole 16 on back.
