 Eligibility/Entry Fee

  Open to all golfers (VSGA members and non-members). Non-members will

  only be eligible for gross prizes.

  $55 per player, includes all golf fees and prizes. Proceeds from Military
  Appreciation events help to support the VSGA Military Scholarship Fund,
  benefiting students who are dependents of military service members.

 Gate Requirements

All players (military and non-military) will have access to the base and golf

course*. All participants that do not have a military ID or other access will
need to pre-enroll in DBIDS (information will be sent at the deadline). This  online process is simple and provides quick access to the base. You may also go to the base visitor's center up to 14 days in advance to obtain a bass pass for this event.

A driver's license will need to be shown at the gate with information matching

what was provided at registration. Those with a military ID or other access
may use this as well.

*Players with prior felonies will not be permitted and other restrictions may apply

  Format/Tees

18-hole individual stroke play competition

 Men:

• Ages 49 & Under - approx. 6,200 - 6,400 yards
• Ages 50-64 - approx. 6,000 - 6,200 yards
• Ages 65-74 - approx. 5,700 - 5,900 yards
• Ages 75-79 - approx. 5,400 - 5,900 yards
• Ages 80 & Over - most forward tee rated for men

 Pairing Requests

• If you submitted a grouping request when you registered, we will place you in a cart with those listed. Check the "Players" page in the Pairings drop down above to check your pairing request. If you have not yet registered, you can fill out the pairing request in the registration process.

• If you have a grouping request that is not listed, please email jcoates@vsga.org.

 Prizes

• Gross and net winners in each flight receive gift certificates valid in the golf shop where the event is being played that day. The total number of prizes will depend on the number of participants.

• The VSGA is not responsible for any unclaimed or unredeemed merchandise certificates/gift cards after the date of the One-Day event.

• The VSGA will not replace any lost or unclaimed merchandise certificates/gift cards after a tournament is played. If you are unable to stay for scoring, prizes will be left with the club’s golf shop.
   
• Expiration dates are at the club's discretion.

 Withdrawals

• If a refund is requested, the following will apply:
  • If a participant withdraws at least five (5) days prior to the day of the event - refund is subject to a $10 administrative fee;
  • If a participant withdraws less than five (5) days prior to the day of the event - no refund will be given.

 Food and Beverage

• Food and beverage options are available based on the club’s discretion and availability.

• Any changes or updates to the food and beverage schedule will be communicated in player information email prior to the event.
