Terms & Conditions
Please read the following conditions to which your (“you or your”) booking is subject as it is your agreement with Phoenix Healthcare Distribution Limited (“we, us or our”).
FEES AND BOOKING
The event booking fee of £1050.00 per person is based on twin occupancy. Upgrades to single occupancy are available at an additional cost of £345.00. The event booking fee covers the items referred to below.
The golf package is per person and includes:
- 4 nights’ bed and breakfast at Innside Palma Bosque Hotel
- Dinner & drinks on Monday 6th October
- Dinner & drinks on Thursday 9th October
- All other meals and drinks taken by you during the event will be at your own cost.
- Transfers to and from Palma Airport are included. Please note, these will be pooled based on arrival times.
- 3 rounds of competitive golf (Son Quint, Son Vida & T Golf Palma)
All prices are correct at the time of printing but we reserve the right to change the price without notice.
Completion of an online booking form does not guarantee a place at the event or constitute a confirmed booking. Upon receipt of your completed online booking form we will issue you with an invoice for the full cost of the event. Shared places are not permitted and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Once a place has been allocated to you then the event booking fee will be non-refundable although we may, at our discretion, refund the event booking fee and economy class flight costs where we are able to reallocate the accommodation and related flights. In the event of failure to comply with a payment date, we reserve the right to:
- charge interest on any amounts overdue at the rate of 4% per annum over the base rate of the Bank of England on a daily basis from the payment date until actual payment; or
- cancel your booking.
ALTERATIONS TO SCHEDULED PROGRAMME
We reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the published programme. Where activities are scheduled to take place outdoors, in the event of bad weather, we will endeavour to make appropriate, alternative arrangements.
We reserve the right to cancel, alter or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstances which would subject us or any of our employees or any of the participants to danger.
In the unlikely event we are forced to change or cancel the published event dates, our liability will be limited to a transfer to the next appropriate date or a refund of the event booking fee paid at the date of cancellation and economy class flight costs.
LIABILITY
We neither own, manage nor control the accommodation and it is possible that we may be advised that the reserved accommodation is not available. In this unlikely event, we will endeavour to secure accommodation of at least the same standard.
Nothing in this agreement shall restrict the liability of either party for death or personal injury to the extent caused by the negligence of that party.
No liability is accepted for:
- Loss or damage to your personal property, for example, watches, jewellery, cameras and clothing.
- Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, flight delays, sickness, weather, industrial action, riots, war, quarantine or any other cause.
- Personal injury or death of any participants however caused unless by our proven negligence.
Neither we nor any of our associated companies shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage whatever except as provided by statute and where such provision cannot be executed by contract. Any such liability that does arise shall be limited to a sum equal to the total amount paid by you.
We will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, consequential or economic losses or loss of profits howsoever arising.
No refund will be made for any non-attendance by you.
We will not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions or delay or failure in providing the services as a result of causes beyond our reasonable control or the inability to obtain any necessary information or consent from any authority.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, vaccination certificates and other necessary documents are in order and we will not accept any liability for any inaccuracies contained in that information.
It is your responsibility to arrange adequate insurance cover for travel and cancellation at the time of booking.
The event booking fee includes the cost of breakfast during the event, the arrival dinner, one midweek dinner and the Gala dinner. All other meals and drinks will be at your cost. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to pay in full all invoices issued by the hotel for items charged to your room or bought by you.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any medical condition which may affect your ability to enjoy or pursue fully the arrangements booked. We will not be liable for any claims from loss of enjoyment, curtailment etc, where we are not made aware of any such condition at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to send away any person who in our judgment is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event, no refund will be given.
PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT
Golf equipment will not be provided. You will therefore be required to bring your own equipment which is brought at your own risk.
COMPLAINTS
If you have any problems or complaints, please bring to our attention immediately so that we can work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
DATA PROTECTION
Information provided to us at the time of booking is held in a database and is used to communicate details of future events to you. We do not make the information contained in the database available to any other organisation outside Phoenix Healthcare Distribution Ltd and its sister company, Numark Ltd.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
