2025 U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifying

Practice Rounds: Players may arrange a practice round by contacting the golf shop and identifying themselves as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds will be offered based on club availability within the timeframes listed below. Players may book practice rounds 10 days in advance.
Availability:
- Tuesday, July 15th - Anytime before 3:30pm
- Wednesday, July 16th - Anytime before 12:30pm or 9-Holes 12:30pm-2:30pm
- Thursday, July 17th - Anytime before 3:30pm
- Friday, July 18th - Anytime
- Saturday & Sunday, July 19th-20th - After 2:00pm
Notes:
- There will be a mandatory cart/trail fee of $50.
- To schedule a Practice Round please call 413-569-933 x 1.
- Competitors will be limited to one practice round and may be paired up with other US Senior Amateur competitors.
- Only one ball may be played per competitor during their practice round.
- Practice rounds are for players only – no guests or caddies allowed.
Starting Times: Starting times will be sent out by July 10th.
Withdrawals: To withdraw from a qualifier, please login to the USGA Portal and click WITHDRAW and select the Championship and Reason for withdrawing. If applicable, any refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once submitted, all withdrawals are final. If you need to withdraw within 48 hours of the qualifier, please also e-mail Grace McKinnon at gmckinnon@massgolf.org.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 3 Qualifying Spots and 2 Alternate Spots. Qualifying players will advance to the U.S. Senior Amateur Championship at Oak Hills Country Club, San Antonio, TX.
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Automotive Transportation (Golf Carts): While the player and the player’s caddie may use a golf cart, there is a “one seat” policy in effect during the stipulated round. Carts are available based on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: Competition Tees & Yardage are approximate and subject to change. Play will be approximately from the Blue Tee yardage - 6,350 yards (Par 72).
Food & Beverage: Lunch will be available for purchase at the pub starting at 11AM. Tuesday-Friday snack shack open at 10AM, while Saturday and Sunday it opens at 9AM.
Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application.
*There will be no registration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to receive local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
