FIELD SIZE: 60 players (maximum) |

FORMAT/QUALIFYING PLACES: 18 holes of individual stroke play with the low male scorer and low female scorer securing a place in the 2025 U.S. Adaptive Open to be played July 7-9 at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, MD. Remaining qualifying spots will be determined by low Qualifying Score Value (QSV), which is an adjusted Score Differential™, across all qualifying sites, once all qualifying sites have concluded play, based on the following:

PRACTICE ROUND: One practice round per player at the designated rate below. Practice rounds will be available for play beginning April 14. Please visit chimneysgc.com to reserve your practice round starting time. Practice round fees are 50% off existing rates using promo code ADAPTIVE50. Practice rounds MUST be booked online using the promo code to receive the discount. Additional practice rounds are at the club’s discretion on availability and rates. |

YARDAGES & TEES: A yardage sheet will be available on-site and through a link/download on the event portal on the GSGA website. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE: The golf shop and driving range will open by 6:45 a.m. the day of qualifying. |

STARTING TIMES: Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the USGA/GSGA and posted on the event portal. Players may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 16. |
|
REGISTRATION: No formal registration will be held on site. Players should arrive to their assigned starting tee ten minutes before their starting time to allow for the starter to go over instructions and rules of play. CARTS: Each player in the field will be provided with one complimentary golf cart for use during the qualifying round. Carts may be used by the player and/or the player’s caddie/aide. Spectator carts are strictly prohibited at all USGA qualifying rounds. |

CADDIES: Players may provide their own caddie or player aide (if permitted by Impairment Category). Caddies and player aides are not available from the host club. |
|
RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY: The USGA Rules of Play and GSGA Pace of Play Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

PREFERRED LIES: Per the USGA, for all USGA Championships and qualifying rounds, the following policy is in effect: A Local Rule authorizing “Preferred Lies” or “Winter Rules” is NEVER permitted. |

FOOD SERVICE: Snacks and beverages will be available in the golf shop beginning at 6:45 a.m. The Chimneys does NOT have full-service food items available onsite. There are several food options nearby with delivery service to the club. |

PRIZES: A silver medal will be presented to the low male and female scorer at the conclusion of the qualifying round. |
|
PERSONAL APPEARANCE: In Qualifying stages and the Championship proper, players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. The Committee in charge decides whether this requirement has been met and has the authority to withdraw the entry of a player who does not comply. |
