ELIGIBILITY
Any female amateur golfer who has an active Mass Golf Membership. Handicap Index® not exceeding 17.0 (at the time of registration).This is not a first come, first served registration. Entries will be selected by Handicap Index® (low to high) as of the Sept. 10, 2025 revision date. Have played and posted 5 rounds at any Mass Golf member club/course within 12 months of the entry close date.
ENTRIES: FEE, CLOSING DATE, REFUNDS
Pending registrations must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline. CLICK HERE to view all applicable withdrawal and refund polices.

FIELD
The Championship Proper field is limited to a certain number of players per state - to be decided at a later date. Entries will be selected by index (low to high) as of the published handicap revision date. This is NOT a first come, first served championship.
SCHEDULE
Round 1 – Endicott Cup - October 7 (18 Holes)
Round 2 – Endicott Cup - October 8 (18 Holes)
Round 3 – Tri-State Matches - October 9 (18 Holes)
***Any tie for first place (gross) will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.
FORMAT
Endicott Cup - 36-holes at Stroke Play
***Each state (MA, CT, RI) will then select a GROSS and NET team based on the results from the Endicott Cup***
Tri-State Matches - 18-holes at Match Play (gross) - 7 Team Members & 1 Alternate
Eaton Matches - 18-holes at Match Play (net) - 7 Team Members & 1 Alternate
TROPHIES & PRIZES
Endicott Cup, Tri-State Bowl and Eaton Tri-State Handicap Trophy. (Trophies to be held by winners for one year). Merchandise certificates (gross & net) will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host site.
CADDIES/GOLF CARTS
Cart fee is included in entry fee for rounds 1 & 2. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club(s) discretion) are permitted.
LOCAL RULES; TERMS OF THE COMPETITION; SCHEDULES
The Mass Golf Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the Local Rules, Terms of the Competition, provisions and/or schedules. The decision of the Board of Directors/on-site Rules Committee in any matter will be final.

STARTING TIMES & PLAYER INFORMATION
Championship information, including tee times, pairings and player information will be emailed to all competitors and posted to the Endicott Cup & Tri States Championship website shortly after entries close.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice round opportunities/access may be available at the discretions of the host club(s). Details regarding practice rounds will be shared with competitors during the registration process and/or at the close of entries. Competitors are asked to refrain from contacting host club(s) regarding practice rounds until they receive official details from Mass Golf.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
Competitors who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office (email preferred). Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified seven (7) days prior to the event. Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven (7) days prior to the event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event.
