2025 Golden Hour Swings Play Day

Eligibility:
- Participants can sign up with a maximum of three other golfers to create a foursome.
- Participants can also sign up as an individual and will be paired with three other golfers.
Entry Procedures:
Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline.
Field:
Entries will be on a first come, first served basis. After the field is full a waitlist will automatically start.
Clinic:
- 3:00 - 3:45
- Located on the putting green behind the clubhouse, instruction topics will include grip, stance, chipping and putting.
Format:
- One 9 hole round of golf.
- Any format in a group of 4.
Caddies & Automotive Transportation:
Carts are included in the entry fee.
Starting Time:
4:00 pm shotgun start

Food & Beverage:
Mass Golf will have water and snacks available. The clubhouse will have additional snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
Scorecards: Paper scorecards will be provided to all participants for the player’s own notes.
Practice Areas: The practice area will be accessible before play.
Pace of Play: Pace for this round is 2 hours. Please ensure that you are keeping within a hole of the group in front of you
Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located in the clubhouse.
History of the Women's Play Day: The Women's Play Day inaugural event took place in 2022. This event is a way to introduce women to Mass Golf in a noncompetitive format. The fun, casual and non-competitive atmosphere is the perfect combination for you to enjoy a day of golf with old and new friends.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy:
Competitors, who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf staff contact for the event (listed on each event page) or the Mass Golf office in writing (e-mail is acceptable and encouraged) or by phone.
- At least seven days prior to the event
- entry fee minus a $20 administrative fee will be refunded
- Less than seven days and at least 48 hours prior to the event
- 50% of entry fee will be refunded
- Within 48 hours of the event
- no refunds will be processed
