Withdrawals: Players should advise Maine Golf immediately by emailing mike@mainegolf.org if they are unable to compete. Failure to advise Maine Golf of a withdrawal may disqualify the player from future competitions. 

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is permitted. Carts will be available and can be rented at the player's expense from the pro shop for $27 per rider. No more than two carts are permitted in any group. If carts are limited at the host site, players may be required to share carts.

 

Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddie and/or use a push cart.  

  

Competition Tees / Yardage: Competition tees and yardages are approximate and subject to change. Play will be from the Maine Golf white tee markers, which will be a mixture of the Brunswick BLUE  and WHITE tees. The course will play approximately 6,400 yards and a par 72.

 

Play for both competition rounds will start on Brunswick's 10th hole.

 

Practice Rounds: Players in the field may play one practice round for a reduced rate of $40 walking / $67 riding. To set up a tee time, call the pro shop at 207-725-8224 for availability.

 

Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: The pro shop and clubhouse facilities will be open and available at 6:15 a.m. 

 

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage during the tournament is the responsibility of the players. Food is available to players and guests in the clubhouse restaurant.

 

Pace of Play: For this event groups are allotted a maximum round time of TBD. Times will be printed hole-by-hole on competitors' scorecards so groups can track where they should be on the golf course. To view the Pace of Play policy from the Maine Golf Rules Committee, click here.

 

Registration: There is no formal registration table for this championship. Players should arrive at their starting tee ten minutes before their scheduled starting time, where they will be given all important tournament information on the tee from the starter.
