2026 BDGA L&M WEALTH MANAGEMENT SENIOR POINT SCHEDULE


OVERVIEW

The 14 tournaments listed below are points counting events towards the Senior (ages 50+) "2025 Player of the Year". At the conclusion of the 2026 BDGA Golf Season, the player who accumulated the most points throughout the season will be crowned the “Senior Player of the Year” and receive an invitation to the 2027 Senior Porter Cup hosted by Niagara Falls Country Club.

ELIGIBILITY & FAQS

  • Eligibility: All players must have an active USGA GHIN Handicap at a BDGA Member Club, or reside in BDGA territory and have an active GHIN Handicap through NYSGA eClub of Western New York (Residency Required). Canadian citizens must belong to a BDGA member club.
  • Ties: Ties for positions in stroke play competitions will split points evenly.
  • Additional Point Opportunities 
    • National Level
      • U.S. Senior Open: 150 additional points for advancing into the championship. Additional 200 points for making the cut & additional points for a top 30 or better finish.
      • U.S. Senior Amateur: 50 additional points for competing in the championship. 100 additional points for making match play & additional points for advancing through each round.
      • U.S. Mid-Amateur: 50 additional points for advancing into the championship. 200 additional points for making match & additional points for advancing through each round.
