Thursday Travel - The Links at Greystone - June 12

 

At a maximum length of 7,215 yards with a Course Rating of 74.3 and a Slope of 130, The Links at Greystone has a championship-caliber layout worthy of Golf Digest's coveted 4.5 Star Rating. Only a handful of other golf courses across the country have ever been rated better.

It's easy to see where The Links at Greystone got its name. The grey stones framing the water's edge at the golf course's most dramatic holes, the Par 3 Hole #6 and the Par 4 Hole #18, stare back at players in defiance, demanding they hit a quality shot or enjoy the swim.

The rolling, forested land is ideal for golf, soaked with ponds and wetlands. Without any homes in sight, peace & solitude are your only playing partners. Architect Craig Schreiner shaped massive greens with multiple tiers and wild swinging breaks. Missing the green in the right spot is almost always better than hitting the green in the wrong one.

 

 

  • Tee times start at 9:30 AM, every 8 minutes after
  • Registration will close on Tuesday June 10 at 5:00 PM
  • LPGA Amateurs-Rochester is asking for your cell phone number on the registration form in case we need to reach you due to a weather cancellation.
  • There will be a wait list if more than 28 people sign up which will be used if someone cancels

  • Please be sure to check your schedule for conflicts before signing up

  • Use the same online registration process to cancel your registration if something comes up after you have signed up

  • Tee times are reserved for LPGA Amateur Golf Association members and guests.

18 holes riding            $67.00

18 holes walking         $57.00

  9 holes riding            $39.00

  9 holes walking         $34.00

 

Senior Rates -

 

18 holes walk or ride - $58

9 holes walk or ride - $35

  

       

 

As with all weekday golf events, you may play 9 or 18 holes.  You pay the course upon arrival. Tee times are reserved for LPGA Amateur Golf Association members and guests.  Also, to provide a fun round of golf at a steady pace, practice ready golf.  Learn more about this at our chapter website.
