Entry Fee:  $300 per player

 

 

DATES:  Dec 8-10, 2025  

 

FORMAT: 36 Hole Maximum Score Stroke Play Event. The maximum score for a hole is 10. Players are asked to pick up if they reach the maximum score. Players will compete for an overall Men's & Women's title, as well as within their Impairment Category.

 

FIELD SIZE:  60 players

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Friday, Oct 31, 2025.  Players will be placed into Pending Registration upon sign up. The approval process takes just a few days and players will be placed into the active field and will receive confirmation via email.   

 

YARDAGE:  Projected yardages are posted on the portal. The yardage is subject to change at the discretion of the AZ GOLF staff.

                                                                                   

ELIGIBILITY:  All players, including professionals, must have an up to date handicap index through the GHIN system. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Monday, Dec 8       Official Practice Round

8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Clinic open to public

12:30 p.m. Shotgun Start For Official Practice Round

5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Welcome Reception for all players and guests. Players, caddies, and guests are all welcome to attend.
                          

Tuesday, Dec 9     First Round

8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Start from #1 and #10 tees

Lunch provided during round.

 

 

 

Wednesday, Dec 10     Final Round

8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Start from #1 and #10 tees

Lunch provided during round.

1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony for all players, caddies, and guests.

                                                                                   

PRACTICE ROUNDS:  One official practice round is included in your entry fee (December 8th). Additional practice rounds may be booked by calling the Papago Golf Shop and stating you are a competitor in the Arizona Adaptive Open. 


PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be emailed to participants by end of day on Monday, Dec 1.

 

PRACTICE FACILITY:  Will be available one hour prior to play each morning.

CADDIES & PLAYER AIDES: Players are responsible for bringing a caddie and/or player aide should they choose to use one. Each group will have an AZ Golf representative to assist with live scoring.

 

GOLF CARTS: The use of golf carts is included in the registration fee; however, players are permitted to walk if interested.  All participants will receive their own golf cart. Due to the limited number of carts, there will be no carts available for additional spectators.

 

WITHDRAW POLICY:  

  • Players who withdraw prior to the close of registration will receive 100% of the entry fee, regardless of reason minus $10 administration fee
  • Players who withdraw after the close of registration will not receive a refund.
