Dear Members,
As we continue planning for the 2026 Golf Course Improvement Project (GCIP), one of our top priorities is maintaining the traditions and camaraderie that define the golf experience at DC Ranch—especially when it comes to our Weekly Golf Groups.
We are pleased to share that, as part of our 2026 Golf Away Plan, we have been working closely with several of our partner golf courses to ensure availability for our weekly games. These courses are committed to helping us host routine weekly groups of 16 or more members, allowing us to preserve the spirit of friendly competition, connection, and consistency that our weekly games have always offered.
To make this work smoothly, we are coordinating directly with the leaders of each weekly group to assist in booking rounds well in advance. To assist in this process, we have partnered with Steve Nicodemus at Pinnacle Golf Vacations who specializes in booking small to medium sized golf outings.
In addition to standalone weekly games, these groups will also have the opportunity to participate in our scheduled Large Member Shotguns, which are already published on the 2026 calendar. These events will provide an opportunity to gather as a larger community, and we plan to have DC Ranch professional staff on site at these outings to assist with group setup, organization, and scoring, ensuring the same high-quality experience you've come to expect at the Club.
If you lead or participate in a weekly group, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can include you in our coordination process. We plan to have additional meetings with group leaders near the end of the 2025 season.
Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to bring DC Ranch golf on the road with all of you.
Warm regards,
Patrick Denney
Director of Golf
